Return & Refund Policy

At mirabijou, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please read this document carefully before initiating any return or refund request.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel an order:

  • Log in to your account and navigate to "Order History"
  • Select the order you wish to cancel
  • Click the "Cancel Order" button

If your order has not yet entered the shipping process, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation has been processed.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  2. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  3. Include the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package
  4. Ship the package to our return address (provided with your RMA number)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds for payments made via PayPal or other digital wallets may take 3-5 business days

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Sale items may only be eligible for store credit at our discretion.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account or payment provider account again
  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider as processing times may vary
  3. If you've completed these steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact us

We will investigate any reported missing refunds and work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
